Our Cinders Hog Roaster offers a unique high level view of the meat whilst it is cooking and halogen lights help to display it. Other hog roasts on the market are low level types where the meat cannot be seen.

The Hog Roast
Always a firm favourite with our clients. One of our most popular options is a 50-60 kilo pig suitable for 100 guests. The cooking time is about 6 hours and then we carve and serve the pig. It is served in flowered baps served with a choice of apple sauce, freshly cooked sage & onion stuffing and a variety of sauces. We would normally supply a catering hand to serve while chef carves the meat.
